Scope of Microbiology
This course provides an introduction to microbiology covering the fundamental aspects of taxanomy, morphology, classification, genetics, reproduction, physiology, mutation & growth control, host-parasite relationships, immunology, Bacteria, fungi, protozoa & viruses and their roles & importance in the biological world will be covered.Basic technique for culturing, staining, counting and identifying micro organisms are emphasised in the laboratory.

Microbions was first inaugurated on 10-08-2004 and then every year many programs are conducted such as Bio Quiz, Facial art, Model presentation, Paper presentation, seminars and quest lecturers.
